Harley-Davidson Strategy
As evidenced by recent market trends, Harley-Davidson must explore new business models in order to maintain their growth as a company. I was involved identifying breakthrough growth opportunities for Harley that would generate scalable and sustainable demand outside of the core business through my design strategy course.
Ultimately, my group's goal was to create an ecosystem that satisfied users' underlying needs and desires. By accommodating the needs of a new market for Harley, our strategy aimed to ensure consistent, long-term growth.
