Cambium Design Research
Cambium Networks is a wireless broadband company that offers fiber-like network solutions for both rural and urban areas. I conducted user research with the installers of their equipment to understand their experiences: from unboxing radios to climbing cell towers where the equipment is installed to troubleshooting in the event of a lightning strike.
Cambium has been successful as fast follower in the wireless broadband market, and they strive to provide relentless innovation and edge. I contributed to that goal by identifying strategic opportunities to help position Cambium as a proactive, user-centered company.
My work for Cambium Networks is under CDA, and I cannot share details of the specifics of my work at this time.
